Wrong Assumption

I was positively surprised when seeing Asunciòn from above. I have seen pictures of other Latin American capitals and I expected the same. An enormous and chaotic block of concrete. Nothing more far from reality: Asunciòn is GREEN. In fact, the city is quite extended but the buildings are generally 2 or 3 floors high and there are quite some trees....which made me very happy.
